Comments: Feverfew is a hardy perennial with bushy, aromatic foliage. Appearing in May, the flower heads typically consist of yellow disk florets encircled by ten to twenty white ray florets, but some variants may be all yellow or all white.

comments: Feverfew is a hardy perennial with bushy, aromatic foliage. Appearing in May, the flower heads typically consist of yellow disk florets encircled by ten to twenty white ray florets, but some variants may be all yellow or all white.
cultural notes: A tea made from the whole plant was once used as a remedy for arthritis, colds, fevers, cramps and worms. Chewing 1-4 fresh leaves per day has recently been proven to be effective against some migraine headaches. Caution: May cause dermatitis or allergic reaction in some individuals.
