Thelesperma megapotamicum (Sprengel) Kuntze. Common name: Colorado Greenthread, Hopi Tea, Navajo Tea, Rayless Thelesperma. Phenology: May-Jul. Habitat: Sandy or rocky prairies and roadsides, disturbed areas. Distribution: SD, WY, NM, and s. CA south to ne. TX, s. TX, NM, and Mexico.
