Matelea hirtelliflora McDonnell & Fishbein. Common name: Harbison's Milkvine, Hairy-faced Milkvine. Phenology: Apr-Jun; Jun-Aug. Habitat: Sandhills and other dry sands, especially on the Carizzo formation. Distribution: Ne. TX and sw. AR (Theo Witsell, pers. comm., 2021) south to ec. TX.

Origin/Endemic status: Endemic
