*Moenchia erecta (Linnaeus) G. Gaertner, B. Meyer, & Scherbius ssp. erecta . Upright Chickweed. Phen: May. Hab: Disturbed areas. Dist: Native of Eurasia. This species was collected as a "wool alien" in Berkeley County, SC in 1958 (Rabeler 1991). Garland, Goldman, & Rabeler (2021) report multiple locations from Guilford County, NC.
