Stapfochloa ciliata (Swartz) P.M. Peterson. Common name: Fringed Windmill-grass. Phenology: Mar-Oct. Habitat: Coastal prairies, low areas over limestone. Distribution: C., se., and s. TX south into Mexico (where widespread).
