Peperomia humilis (Vahl) A. Dietrich var. humilis . Low Peperomia. Hab: Primarily epiphytic in strand swamps. Dist: S. FL (Miami-Dade, Monroe, and Collier counties), FL; West Indies; Mexico. Sometimes (and erroneously) considered introduced in FL.
