Bernardia myricifolia (Scheele) S. Watson. Common name: Myrtle-Croton, Oreja de Ratón, Southwestern Bernardia. Phenology: May-Oct. Habitat: Thornscrub, thickets on dry, rocky slopes. Distribution: C. and s. TX south to s. Mexico.

Origin/Endemic status: Native
