Senna species 1. Common name: Nash’s Coffee Senna. Phenology: Aug-Oct. Habitat: Swamps. Distribution: Apparently endemic to c. peninsular FL.
Origin/Endemic status: Endemic
Taxonomy Comments: Ditremexa nashii (see synonymy) of peninsular FL warrants additional study; it seems dubiously combinable with Senna marilandica, based on morphology (such as the narrower and more acuminate leaflets) and biogeography.
