Carlowrightia texana Henrickson & Daniel. Common name: Texas Carlowrightia. Phenology: Mar-Nov. Habitat: Mesquite woodlands, arroyos, dry grasslands, roadsides. Distribution: Nc. TX, s. NM, and s. AZ south to n. Mexico.

Origin/Endemic status: Native

Other Comments: The single Miami-Dade County, FL waif occurrence is curious. See annotation by Daniel on Sauleda 8986 (USF # 191397).
