not marked as a favorite taxon *Oryza rufipogon Griffiths. Common name: Brownbeard Rice, Red Rice. Phenology: Sep-Dec. Habitat: Disturbed wetlands, with seasonal ponding. Distribution: Native of e., s., and se. Asia. Persistent and established in s. Florida (K. Bradley, pers.comm., 2020).
