not marked as a favorite taxon Solidago squarrosa Nuttall. Common name: Ragged Goldenrod, Stout Goldenrod, Squarrose Goldenrod. Phenology: Aug-Sep. Habitat: Upland forests. Distribution: New Brunswick and Ontario south to Delaware, w. North Carolina, Ohio, and s. Indiana.
