*Clerodendrum japonicum (Thunberg) Sweet. Common name: Japanese Glorybower. Phenology: Jan-Dec. Habitat: Disturbed areas. Distribution: Native of Asia. Also cultivated and is reported to be naturalized in MD (Staff of the Bailey Hortorium 1976), but we know of no evidence.

Origin/Endemic status: E. and se. Asia

Synonymy : = C, Fl6, K3, Meso4.2, WH3; > Clerodendrum japonicum (Thunb.) Sweet – K4; > Clerodendrum kaempferi (Jacq.) Siebold – K4
