Dist: NL (Newfoundland) and NL (Labrador) west to AK, south to VA, w. NC, nw. SC (Bradley et al. [in prep.]), ne. TN, IN, IA, CA, TX, Mexico, Central America; disjunct in Chile and Argentina.
