Parkinsonia texana (A. Gray) S. Watson var. macra (I.M. Johnston) Isely. Common name: Border Paloverde. Phenology: Apr-Jul. Habitat: Scrub. Distribution: S. TX south to ne. Mexico (NLE, TAM).
