Baccharis salicina Torrey & A. Gray. Common name: Willow-Baccharis, Great Plains False-willow. Phenology: Jun-Oct. Habitat: Sandy subsaline soils, disturbed areas. Distribution: KS west to CA, south to e. TX, s. TX, NM, AZ, and Mexico (BCN, CHH, COA, DGO, NLE, SON, TAM).

Origin/Endemic status: Native

Synonymy : = FNA20, GrPl, K4, Mex, NcTx, Ok, POWO, Tx. Basionym: Baccharis salicina Torr. & A.Gray 1842 "Urbasionym:" Baccharis salicifolia (Ruiz & Pav.) Pers. 1807
