Habitat: Dry, gravelly or sandy soils of prairies, pastures, open disturbed areas. Distribution: SD, WY, NV, and OR south to ec. TX, w. TX, NM, AZ, and n. Mexico (BCN, CHH, COA, DGO, SON, ZAC).
