Sideroxylon foetidissimum Jacquin. Common name: Mastic-bully, Mastic-ironwood, False-mastic. Phenology: May-Aug; Feb-Mar. Habitat: Hammocks. Distribution: FL (from Volusia and Manatee counties southward); West Indies; s. Mexico (CAM, CHP, ROO, YUC) and Central America.

Origin/Endemic status: Native
