not marked as a favorite taxon Kallstroemia parviflora J.B.S. Norton. Common name: Texas Caltrop. Phenology: Jun-Oct. Habitat: Prairies, roadsides, other disturbed areas. Distribution: KS west to NV, south through TX, NM, and AZ to Mexico.; also introduced eastward, as in MS and nw. LA (MacRoberts & MacRoberts 2011a).
