Terminalia buceras (Linnaeus) C. Wright. Common name: Gregorywood, Oxhorn Bucida, Black-olive. Phenology: Jan-Dec. Habitat: Hammocks. Distribution: Florida; West Indies; Mexico and Central America. Likely native in the Florida Keys (Elliott Key); now more widespread in Florida as an introduction.
