Lechea deckertii Small. Deckert's Pinweed. Hab: Florida scrub, longleaf pine sandhills. Dist: Sc. GA (Jones & Coile 1988) south to s. FL and e. Panhandle FL.

Origin/Endemic status: Endemic

Other Comments: J.K. Small (1933) distinguished an additional taxon, Lechea myriophylla from L. deckertii by its apparently elliptic leaf blades and globose capsules (vs. subulate to elliptic-subulate leaves and depressed globose capsules of L. deckertii). Little investigation has since ensued in regards to this name.

Synonymy: = Fl4, FNA6, K1, K3, K4, WH3, Hodgdon (1938), Spaulding (2013a), Wilbur & Daoud (1961), Wilbur (1974); > Lechea deckertii Small – S; > Lechea myriophylla Small – S
