Chrysophyllum oliviforme Linnaeus ssp. oliviforme. Common name: Satinleaf. Phenology: Jan-Dec. Habitat: Hammocks, pine rocklands. Distribution: FL peninsula (Brevard County on the east coast and Collier County on the west coast, southwards); West Indies (Bahamas, Cuba, Hispaniola, Jamaica, Puerto Rico); Mexico (SLP, CHP).

Origin/Endemic status: Native

Taxonomy Comments: Ssp. angustifolium (Lamarck) T.D. Pennington is endemic to Hispaniola.
