Erianthus contortus Elliott. Common name: Bent-awn Plume Grass. Phenology: Late Jul-Oct. Habitat: Moist to wet clearings, open woodlands and forests, woodland borders. Distribution: DE and MD south to Panhandle FL, west to TX and AR, with scattered occurrences north to TN.
