Dichanthelium ovale (Elliott) Gould & C.A. Clark var. addisonii (Nash) Gould & C.A. Clark. Common name: Low Stiff Witchgrass. Phenology: May-Oct. Habitat: Dry to damp sandy woods and fields. Distribution: MA and MN south to Panhandle FL and TX, also in n. Mexico.
