Poa alsodes A. Gray. Section: Sylvestres. Common name: Woodland Bluegrass, Grove Bluegrass. Phenology: May-Jun. Habitat: Rich cove forests, northern hardwood forests, seepage swamps. Distribution: NS west to SD, south to NC and IL; also in w. United States.

Origin/Endemic status: Native
