Puccinellia fasciculata (Torrey) E.P. Bicknell. Common name: Eastern Alkali-Grass, Saltmarsh Goosegrass. Phenology: May-Jul. Habitat: Salt or brackish marshes. Distribution: NS south to VA; Europe; and in sw. United States. The native or introduced status of this species in ne. North America is controversial.
