Torreyochloa pallida (Torrey) G.L. Church. Common name: Pale Mannagrass. Phenology: Jun-Jul. Habitat: Bog, mucky wetlands such as old beaver-ponds, pools in cypress swamps, drawdown shores of natural ponds. Distribution: NS west to MN, south to e. VA, se. NC (Columbus County), nw. NC (Avery County), and nw. GA (Jones & Coile 1988).
