Calycocarpum lyonii (Pursh) A. Gray. Common name: Cupseed, Lyonia-vine. Phenology: May-Jul (-Oct); Jul-Sep (-Nov). Habitat: Mesic upland, riparian, and bottomland forests, stream banks, wet hammocks. Distribution: E. TN, sc. KY, s. IN, s. IL, MO, and e. KS, south to se. GA, Panhandle FL, s. AL, s. MS, s. LA, and e. TX. Reported from SC, but rejected based on mistaken evidence (K. Bradley, pers.comm., 2020).
