Rhynchosia mollissima (Elliott) S. Watson. Phenology: Jun-Aug; Aug-Oct. Habitat: Longleaf pine sandhills, Florida scrub. Distribution: Se. SC (Beaufort County, documented by an old specimen [GH] by Mellichamp from the vicinity of Bluffton, where it was probably native) and e. GA south to c. peninsular FL.
