*Sesbania punicea (Cavanilles) Bentham. Common name: Rattlebox, Scarlet Wisteria-tree, Red Sesban. Phenology: Jun-Oct; Aug-Nov. Habitat: Ditches, wet fields, marshes, ponded wetlands, wet pinelands. Distribution: Native of South America.
