Hab: Pocosins, bay forests, and swamps in the Coastal Plain, streamhead pocosins, swamps, and sandhill seeps in the fall-line Sandhills, bogs and peaty swamps in the Piedmont. Dist: Se. MA south to w. NC, s. SC, and e. GA.
