Pisonia macranthocarpa (Donnell Smith) Donnell Smith. Common name: Big-fruit Devil’s-claw. Habitat: Tropical hammocks. Distribution: S. peninsular FL (the Keys only); West Indies (Cuba); Mexico, Central America, and South America.

Origin/Endemic status: Native

Other Comments: Collected only once in North America, the material sometimes considered ambiguous.
