not marked as a favorite taxon *Pereskia aculeata P. Miller. Common name: Pereskia, Lemon Vine, Blade Apple Cactus, Barbados Gooseberry, West Indian Gooseberry. Phenology: Aug-Oct. Habitat: Disturbed shell middens, hammocks, other disturbed areas. Distribution: Native of Neotropics.
