Hypericum tenuifolium Pursh. Sandhill St. John's-wort. Phen: Jun-Sep (-Dec). Hab: Pine flatwoods, pine savannas, longleaf pine sandhills. Dist: Se. NC south to s. peninsular FL; Panhandle FL and se. AL.

Origin/Endemic status: Endemic

Taxonomy Comments: Robson (1996) indicated that the older name H. tenuifolium Pursh has now been adequately shown to apply to this taxon.
