Oenothera serrulata Nuttall. Common name: Plains Sundrops. Phenology: Mar-Sep. Habitat: Riverbanks, prairies. Distribution: ON west to AB, south to w. KY (Jones 2005), w. AR, s. TX, s. NM, and s. AZ.

Origin/Endemic status: Native

Taxonomy Comments: Sometimes treated as Calylophus serrulatus (see synonymy), but better included in a broadly-circumscribed Oenothera, based on Wagner, Hoch, & Raven (2007).
