Abdra aprica (Beadle) Al-Shehbaz, M. Koch, & Jordon-Thaden. Common name: Flatrock Draba, Open-ground Whitlow-grass, Sun-loving Draba, Granite Whitlow-wort. Phenology: Mar-Apr; Apr-May. Habitat: Shallow soils around and under Juniperus virginiana on shallow soils over granite, amphibolite or other mafic rocks, or calcareous shales. Distribution: Ozark Highlands of AR, MO, and OK; disjunct on granitic flatrocks in SC and GA.
