not marked as a favorite taxon Chenopodium pratericola Rydberg. Common name: Desert Goosefoot, Narrowleaf Goosefoot. Phenology: May-Nov. Habitat: Sandy soils, roadsides, disturbed areas. Distribution: Native of w. North America. Maine and ON west to YT, south to FL, TX, and CA, introduced in the eastern part of that distribution.
