Potamogeton spirillus Tuckerman. Common name: Northern Snailseed Pondweed. Phenology: Jul-Nov. Habitat: Neutral to acidic waters of ponds, lakes, streams, and rivers. Distribution: NL (Newfoundland) west to MB, south to e. VA, n. OH, n. IA, and se. NE.
