Stuckenia pectinata (Linnaeus) C. Börner. Sago-pondweed. Phen: Jun-Sep. Hab: Calcareous or brackish waters of ponds, lakes, estuaries, sounds. Dist: The species is irregularly cosmopolitan, but more commonly encountered in the Great Lakes region.
