Apocynum floribundum E.L. Greene. Phenology: Jun-Jul; Sep-Oct. Habitat: Forests, woodlands, roadsides, pastures. Distribution: NF (Newfoundland) west to BC, south to GA, TX, CA, and Mexico (CHH, NLE).
Origin/Endemic status: Native
Taxonomy Comments: Sometimes treated as a hybrid, but occurring in populations seemingly lacking one or both of the alleged parents (A. androsaemifolium × cannabinum), and given credence here as a hybrid-derived species.
