Phacelia maculata Alph. Wood. Common name: Flatrock Phacelia. Phenology: Late Mar-Apr; May. Habitat: Bottomlands, granitic flatrocks. Distribution: Sc. NC south to GA and west to ec. AL.

Synonymy : = K4, RAB, W, Constance (1949), Levy (1991a); ? Phacelia hirsuta Nutt. — S, misapplied. Basionym: Phacelia maculata Alph.Wood 1870
