Pinguicula planifolia Chapman. Common name: Chapman's Butterwort. Phenology: (Early Dec-) Feb-Mar. Habitat: Pond margins, bogs, flatwoods, margins of cypress stringers. Distribution: S. AL, Panhandle of FL, and s. MS.
