*Gamochaeta pensylvanica (Willdenow) Cabrera. Common name: Pennsylvania Everlasting. Phenology: Mar-Jul. Habitat: Fields, roadsides, pastures, disturbed areas. Distribution: Probably native of South America. PA south to s. FL, west to TX, mostly on the Coastal Plain, and widespread in South America and elsewhere.
