*Montia linearis (Douglas ex Hooker) Greene. Common name: Narrow-leaved Montia. Habitat: Lawns, disturbed areas. Distribution: Native of western North America. Also in c. TN (Chester, Wofford, & Kral 1997). Reported for Hudson County, NJ (Schmidt 2023) and Etowah County, AL (Barger et al. 2023).
