*Crypsis alopecuroides (Piller & Mitterpacher von Mitterburg) Schrader. Common name: Foxtail Pricklegrass. Habitat: Disturbed areas, in our area a waif on ballast. Distribution: Native of Mediterranean Europe and w. Asia.

Origin/Endemic status: Mediterranean Europe and Africa

Synonymy : = FNA25, NS; = n/a — C, Pa; = Sporobolus alopecuroides (Piller & Mitterp.) P.M.Peterson — K4, POWO, Peterson et al (2014a). Basionym: Phleum alopecuroides Piller & Mitterp. 1783
