Pelazoneuron ovatum (R.P. St. John) A.R. Smith & S.E. Fawcett var. lindheimeri (C. Christensen) A.R. Smith. Common name: Lindheimer's Maiden Fern, San Saba Fern. Phenology: May-Nov. Habitat: Low moist forests, moist limestone outcrops. Distribution: C. TX and barely e. TX west to w. TX, south through Mexico and Central America to South America; West Indies (Jamaica).
