Gaillardia aristata Pursh. Common name: Great Blanketflower, Great Gaillardia. Phenology: May-Sep. Habitat: An old waif. Distribution: MB west to BC, south to MN, SD, w. NE, NM, AZ, and OR; adventive elsewhere.
