not marked as a favorite taxon Ptilimnium nuttallii (A.P. de Candolle) Britton. Common name: Laceflower, Midwestern Bishopweed. Phenology: Apr-Jul; late May-early Aug. Habitat: Marshes, ditches, wetlands, prairies, glades, old fields, roadsides. Distribution: Kentucky, Missouri, and Kansas south to se. Tennessee (Chester, Wofford, & Kral 1997; Tn Flora Committee 2015), s. Alabama, s. Louisiana, and e. Texas.
