Tiarella nautila Nesom. Common name: Sail-bearing Foamflower. Phenology: Apr-Jun. Habitat: Moist forests, cove forests, rock outcrops, well-drained bottomland forests. Distribution: Extreme sw. NC (Cherokee County), extreme se. TN (Monroe & Polk counties) south to nc. GA.

Origin/Endemic status: Endemic
