Yucca constricta Buckley. Common name: Buckley's Yucca. Phenology: Apr-Jun. Habitat: Limestone outcrops, granitic soils, openings in shrublands, and rocky prairies. Distribution: TX (and perhaps Mexico).

ID notes: This species often becomes caulescent to 1.5 m tall, especially on granitic soils.

Origin/Endemic status: Native

Synonymy : = FNA26, NS, POWO, S13, Tx; < Yucca constricta Buckley — ETx1, K4, NcTx. Basionym: Yucca constricta Buckley 1862 [1863]
