Artemisia mexicana Willdenow ex Sprengel. Common name: White Sagebrush, Silver Wormwood. Phenology: Jun-Nov. Habitat: Prairies, forest openings, disturbed areas. Distribution: MO, NE, CO, UT, and CA south to TX, NM, AZ, and Mexico. Reported for c. TN (Kartesz 2015).
